Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for the Chief Financial Officer at WELL. The CFO will oversee financial planning and strategy, manage financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role involves analyzing financial performance, creating budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will also collaborate with executive leadership to support the company’s vision and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and the ability to develop strategic financial forecasts
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting processes
- Expertise in Finance and advanced Analytical Skills for decision-making
- Demonstrated leadership in managing financial operations and teams
- Experience in a senior financial management role, with a proven track record of driving results
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Knowledge of the wellness or medical travel industry is a plus
