CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER/CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER- Adtech or Martech (Mandatory)

The Role
As CRO, you're not just running a sales org—you’re building a predictable, scalable, multi-channel revenue machine. You’ll align Performance and Programmatic monetization across web, mobile, CTV, and DOOH channels, while driving constant feedback into product and tech leadership.
You’ll report directly to the founder and work with the board to set and execute against aggressive topline targets.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Programmatic Growth
- Build and lead commercial strategy for performance marketing (CPC, CPI, CPA) and programmatic (CPM, RTB, PMP, PG) models.
- Expand revenue across brands, agencies, ad networks, and DSP/SSP partnerships.
- Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and bidstream intelligence.
GTM + Market Expansion
- Own revenue GTM across India, SEA, MENA, and select global markets.
- Define and prioritize ICP verticals, pricing structures, and packaging strategies.
- Create and refine commercial models (rev-share, SaaS, hybrid) that align with market demand.
Revenue Leadership
- Own forecasting, pipeline growth, deal velocity, and NRR across all channels.
- Build a lean, high-performance team across Sales, AdOps, RevOps, and Partner Success.
- Set up dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs to track every rupee and every funnel stage.
Product Feedback Loop
- Act as the market’s voice to the product and tech org—new needs, broken flows, pricing signals.
- Lead competitive analysis and suggest roadmap pivots based on buyer behavior and revenue gaps.
- Track shifts in identity, attribution, privacy, and ad ecosystem compliance.
Who You Are
- 10–20 years in AdTech/MarTech, with direct experience in performance marketing and programmatic media buying/selling.
- Proven track record of owning ₹10Cr+ annual revenue, scaling multiple revenue channels.
- Deep knowledge of RTB, PMP, DSP/SSP dynamics, pixel tracking, attribution models, and fraud mitigation.
- Experience selling to both advertisers (demand) and publishers (supply).
- Commercially strategic and operationally hands-on—you know the “what” and the “how”.
