Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru for a Chief Revenue Officer. The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing sales operations, and exploring opportunities for lead generation. The role also includes fostering client relationships through account management and working closely with the leadership team to align revenue goals with the overall business strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales techniques to identify and secure growth opportunities.
- Proven capabilities in Account Management to build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Strong expertise in Sales Operations and streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning and the ability to design and implement actionable revenue growth strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to mentor teams and drive results.
- Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and business analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience in technology-driven solutions and SaaS-based business models is a plus.
