The Opportunity

As part of the Oracle Lead to Revenue team you will oversee the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle CPQ and Subscription Management solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and drive process transformation for quote-to-cash operations, maintaining scalable, accurate, and customer-centric capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy and design for Oracle CPQ and Subscription Management solutions
- Lead large-scale projects focused on process transformation for quote-to-cash operations
- Confirm customer-centric capabilities are scalable and accurate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue operations
- Drive optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Influence strategic initiatives and provide insights to stakeholders
- Develop and implement innovative practices for project execution
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Oracle CPQ or Oracle Subscription Management certifications
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ tools
- Experience in subscription-based businesses
- Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
- PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle CPQ
