Role OverviewAs the GTM – US Market Specialist, your mission is to drive revenue growth in the US by developing and executing high-impact go-to-market strategies, with a strong emphasis on Performance Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and SaaS sales alignment. This is a key role for someone experienced in launching, scaling, or selling SaaS products to the US audience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the US SaaS market — including target segmentation, ICP definition, messaging, and funnel optimization.
- Design and manage Performance Marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid media strategies to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Build and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to engage and convert high-value accounts.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to craft region-specific messaging and positioning.
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns through email, calling, and LinkedIn to support pipeline growth.
- Partner with SDRs and AEs to optimize lead handoff and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Analyze campaign performance, sales metrics, customer feedback, and funnel behavior to refine strategy.
- Maintain expertise in tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Represent We360.ai in client presentations, webinars, and industry-facing digital events tailored to the US market.
Required Qualifications- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS-based roles (mandatory).
- Demonstrated expertise in managing GTM strategies specifically for US B2B SaaS markets.
- Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proven success with ABM strategies and multi-touch digital campaigns.
- Experience with US-based clients and working in US time zones.
- Solid understanding of the SaaS customer journey, sales funnel, and lead nurturing techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in HRTech, productivity tools, or employee monitoring SaaS.
- Startup background with high accountability and ownership roles.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is a plus.
