Matrix Sciences is a uniquely positioned TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) provider, accelerating its expansion across four diverse business lines: Food Safety and Quality, AgSciences, Consumer

and Sensory Research, and Risk Management Services.

We are seeking a senior executive leader to drive strategic and coordinated growth across the business.

This executive will be accountable for building a scalable revenue operations engine while leading strategic initiatives to enhance market execution, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and sales force productivity. This role blends operational rigor with commercial strategy, aligning frontline performance with long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Excellence

• Lead cross-functional commercial strategy including pricing, segmentation, targeting, and value proposition development.

• Evaluate and redesign go-to-market approaches across each business unit to maximize growth and margin.

• Drive sales force effectiveness through territory planning, and performance management

• Implement commercial capability development programs to elevate strategic selling, account management, and customer experience.

Revenue Operations

• Develop and manage an integrated revenue operations framework across the business.

• Oversee CRM and technology stack implementation to enable visibility, automation, and scalability.

• Own forecast methodology, reporting cadence, and real-time analytics for pipeline and sales performance.

• Standardize processes across business units while tailoring execution to unique market dynamics (e.g., transactional vs. strategic sales).

Sales Management & Enablement

• Deploy and reinforce sales playbooks, enablement tools, and performance coaching frameworks.

• Lead commercial integration and cross selling efforts following acquisitions or team expansion across business lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, revenue operations, or sales leadership roles.

• Track record of success in multi-business or matrixed B2B environments, ideally in services or regulated industries.

• Proven ability to lead both commercial strategy development and operational execution.

• Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, pricing models, and market planning techniques.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, BI tools, and sales tech stack implementation.

• Exceptional analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in B2B service industries private equity-backed companies.

• M&A integration experience across commercial teams.

• Leadership of both RevOps and sales enablement functions in a multi-division organization.
