YOUR TASKS
- As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational support of our PAYBACK partners. This includes both internal and external coordination of all campaigns run by PAYBACK partner companies: among other things, you will be responsible for gathering campaign content and entering it into our booking system.
- This requires daily internal coordination with relevant departments, as well as external collaboration with the PAYBACK partner.
- You will support the sales team in managing PAYBACK partner companies: your active contribution is needed in the operational implementation of partner-specific campaigns and topics.
- You are skilled at structuring complex topics and managing multiple parallel tasks.
- You act as a key link between PAYBACK partner companies, sales, and all internal departments, and you bring strong communication skills to the table.
- You also assist in preparing internal meetings and external partner appointments.

- You are also very structured and a true organizational talent.
- You communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, always keeping the customer perspective in mind and bringing a strong service mindset.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer loyalty card systems are not new to you.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification.
- You have excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken.

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du übernimmst als Sales Operations Manager die operative Betreuung unserer PAYBACK Partner, dazu zählt die interne und externe Abwicklung aller Kampagnen der PAYBACK Partnerunternehmen: Du bist u.a. dafür verantwortlich die Kampagneninhalte einzuholen und in das Buchungssystem zu übertragen
- Hierfür ist die tägliche interne Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Schnittstellen notwendig, sowie die externe Zusammenarbeit mit dem PAYBACK Partner
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei der Betreuung der PAYBACK Partnerunternehmen: Bei der operativen Umsetzung von partnerspezifischen Kampagnen und Themen ist dein aktives Mitwirken gefragt
- Du strukturierst komplexe Sachverhalte und kannst gut viele parallele Themen organisieren
- Du bist Bindeglied zwischen PAYBACK Partnerunternehmen, Vertrieb und allen internen Schnittstellen und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von internen Meetings sowie externen Partnerterminen
DEIN PROFIL
- Das Organisieren und Disponieren von komplexen Themen ist deine Passion
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von maximaler Qualitätsorientierung, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Du bist überdurchschnittlich belastbar, zuverlässig und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Außerdem bist du sehr strukturiert und ein Organisationstalent
- Du kommunizierst souverän mit internen wie externen Schnittstellen, hast immer die Kundenbrille auf und bringst Dienstleistungsmentalität mit
- Microsoft Office Programme wie Excel und PowerPoint kannst du sicher bedienen
- Kundenkarten-Systeme sind dir nicht fremd
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung rundet dein Profil ab
- Du hast sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
