YOUR TASKS
- You will take over the operational support of our PAYBACK partners, which includes the internal and external handling of all campaigns of the PAYBACK partner companies: You are responsible for obtaining the campaign content and transferring it into the booking system.
- For this, you coordinate daily with the internal interfaces as well as the PAYBACK partner.
- You support the sales department in taking care of the PAYBACK partner companies: Your active participation is required in the operational implementation of partner-specific campaigns and topics.
- You are the leading link between PAYBACK partner companies, sales, and all internal interfaces and have a high level of communication skills.
- You are the first point of contact for technical issues within the team.
- You are responsible for preparing internal meetings as well as external partner appointments.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 5 years of experience in order processing, sales support, back office, or a comparable service-oriented role.
- You are well-organized, structured, and can keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You bring a healthy pragmatism and proactivity, but also think outside the box.
- You are service- and solution-oriented, like to work accurately, and at the same time have an eye for the big picture.
- You find it easy to work with a variety of tools.
- You have fluent German and good English skills, as you are in constant exchange with our analytics colleagues.

- Du übernimmst die operative Betreuung unserer PAYBACK Partner, dazu zählt die interne und externe Abwicklung aller Kampagnen der PAYBACK Partnerunternehmen: Du bist u. a. dafür verantwortlich die Kampagneninhalte einzuholen und in das Buchungssystem zu übertragen
- Hierfür stimmst du dich täglich mit den internen Schnittstellen sowie dem PAYBACK Partner ab
- Du bist leitendes Bindeglied zwischen PAYBACK Partnerunternehmen, Vertrieb und allen internen Schnittstellen und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärk
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung von internen Meetings sowie externen Partnerterminen
DEIN PROFIL
- Du bringst mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung, Vertriebsinnendienst, Backoffice oder einer vergleichbaren serviceorientierten Tätigkeit mit
- Du kannst dich gut organisieren, strukturieren und auch bei Hektik den Überblick behalten
- Du bringst einen gesunden Pragmatismus und Proaktivität mit, denkst aber auch über den Tellerrand hinaus
- Du bist service- und lösungsorientiert, arbeitest gerne genau und hast gleichzeitig einen Blick für das große Ganze
- Es fällt dir leicht mit einer Vielzahl an Tools zu arbeiten
- Du bringst fließende Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse mit, da du im stetigen Austausch mit unseren Analytics-Kollegen bist
