About the Role
AIC Hotel Group is seeking a strategic and results-focused Senior Manager of Commercial Operations to lead and scale the operational structure of our growing hotel and resort organization. Reporting to VP level stakeholders, this role is pivotal in aligning people, processes, and platforms to maximize sales performance across all channels.
This high-impact role serves as the operational and reporting backbone of the commercial organization. You will be responsible for aligning systems, data, and processes to support decision-making, accelerate revenue, and enhance execution across Groups, Weddings, FIT, Retail, Tour Operator and other channels. Your leadership, particularly with Sales Force and CRM Platforms will be critical to building an agile and scalable commercial infrastructure that supports long-term growth. Your findings will support account and territory planning/rotation, staffing and compensation modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Technology & Infrastructure
● Evaluate, implement, and optimize technologies that support sales efficiency and customer engagement
● Collaborate with IT to ensure full integration, automation, and data governance across systems.
● Own the end-to-end commercial tech stack including Salesforce and other CRM/reporting tools.
● Identify market opportunities and develop data-backed go-to-market frameworks that fuel scalable growth.
Process Optimization & Sales Enablement
● Streamline sales operations, lead tracking, contracting, and reporting to improve conversion and productivity.
● Standardize and scale operational workflows across international markets.
● Oversee onboarding, continuous training, and sales enablement to ensure commercial team readiness.
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Partner across marketing, finance, IT, and customer success to align on execution and customer journey.
● Act as a central connector to reduce friction, increase alignment, and inform strategic initiatives.
● Represent commercial operations in roadmap discussions, budget reviews, and innovation planning.
Territory Design, Quotas & Incentives
● Design territory plans and compensation programs aligned with growth objectives and market dynamics.
● Ensure fair, data-driven quota allocation and incentive modeling.
● Continuously refine structures to adapt to performance trends and evolving business needs.
Performance Analytics & Forecasting
● Build robust KPI frameworks to measure performance, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes across channels.
● Lead predictive analytics, trend analysis, and executive-level reporting to drive strategic insights.
● Inform pricing, market entry, and resource deployment decisions with rigorous data analysis.
Shared Services in multinational organization
● Identify operational roles and manage the transition to shared service centers in a multinational organization.
● Establish metrics and workflows that ensure quality, efficiency, and service continuity.
● Maintain tight coordination between all global teams and in-market stakeholders.
Sales Strategy & Planning
● Support sales and marketing leadership through the design and execution of long-term commercial strategies across multiple segments (Groups, Weddings, FIT, Retail, Tour Operator and other channels).
● Support sales and finance function’s annual sales planning including performance modeling, forecasting, goal setting, and headcount alignment.
Team Leadership
● Build and lead a high-performing commercial operations team.
● Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
● Mentor team members and foster continuous development and career growth.
