POSITION OVERVIEW:
A fast-growing restaurant supply and distribution company is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead day-to-day business operations, drive sales growth, and maintain exceptional client relationships. This leader will oversee logistics, sales activities, and team performance while ensuring smooth operational execution and achieving financial goals.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in hospitality, distribution, or food service operations, with a proven track record in sales leadership and operational management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including logistics, inventory management, and client deliveries and sales teams.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
- Drive sales initiatives by engaging with potential clients and closing new business deals
- Supervise and lead a team of 4–5 employees across sales and delivery functions
- Manage showroom operations and ensure efficient office performance
- Develop and monitor budgets, manage P&L, and ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies for operational excellence and growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within restaurant supply, hospitality, or distribution industries
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and client relationships effectively
- Hands-on approach with a focus on accountability and results
