Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Delhi, India. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including financial planning, financial reporting, and financial statements. Day-to-day tasks include developing financial strategies, analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will also collaborate with other executive team members to drive the company's financial vision and direction.
Qualifications
- Must have 3-5 years of industry experience.
- Financial Planning and Analytical Skills
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong finance skills and knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the jewellery or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred
