Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
About the Role: We're seeking a strategic CFO to lead our finance function and partner closely with founders to scale our ecommerce startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Lead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals
- Partner with founders on strategic planning, fundraising, and investor relations
- Manage cash flow, financial modeling, and unit economics optimization
- Establish financial controls, compliance frameworks, and reporting systems
- Drive KPI tracking and provide actionable insights for business decisions
- Support fundraising efforts and maintain investor communications
Requirements:
- 7+ years finance experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in ecommerce, DTC, or high-growth startups
- Strong grasp of marketplace/ecommerce metrics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, etc.)
- Experience scaling finance operations and building teams
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financials for non-finance stakeholders
- Hands-on, collaborative approach with founder-level strategic thinking
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
