As we expand our Bangalore team, we’re seeking a highly motivated fresher to join us as a Business Operations & Roster Executive. This is a great opportunity for recent engineering graduates interested in operations, analytics, and process coordination.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and improving business operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to team coordination and basic financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily business operations across marketing and accounting departments.
- Assist in creating and managing staff rosters and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely communication.
- Prepare operational reports and assist with performance monitoring.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with senior managers on administrative and coordination tasks.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
- MBA is a plus – preferably in Operations, Business Analytics, General Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Strong interest or basic understanding of Business Analysis and operational planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and willingness to learn project tools like Care Master or similar.
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Internship experience or knowledge in operations or finance is beneficial.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
