About The GBFS Team
The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provides operational and business support to HQ and global regional teams. GBFS plays a critical role in enabling efficient customer engagement, compliance, and information governance through structured business operations, support processes, and analytics. This role focuses on Qualcomm.com support ticket processing, proactive document governance, and customer request tracking to ensure service quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
General Job Summary
- This role supports internal and external customer operations by managing support tickets.
- Overseeing proactive document audits and tracking product datasheets and document requests.
- The position acts as a key operational interface between Qualcomm customers, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution, compliance with document governance standards, and improved customer experience.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset,
- manage multiple operational workflows while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and service quality.
Roles & Responsibilities Overview
- Manage customer and internal support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve ticket turnaround and customer experience.
- Conduct proactive audits to ensure document compliance and governance.
- Maintain and analyze datasheets and document requests to identify trends.
- Share insights with leadership and product teams to improve content availability and customer service.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to information governance.
- Support ad‑hoc business operations and reporting needs as required.
Key Skills / Experience Required
- Master’s degree in business management, Operations, Analytics, or related experience
- 0 -1 year of relevant experience in internal ticketing & Business Operations,
- Experience working with enterprise support systems, ticketing tools, or internal workflow platforms preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across global teams.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tools.
- Flexible for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and business calls on regular basis and/or working in shift (2.30pm to 11.30pm) as needed.
