About the role
Join us in New York as a Founding GTM (Go-to-Market) leader and help define how RecruitU enters, scales, and leads one of the most relationship-driven and high-value markets.
This is a founding team role with massive scope and ownership. You’ll work directly with the founders to build and shape the GTM strategy—owning everything from pipeline creation, positioning, and enterprise deal execution to outbound/inbound motion design, partnerships, and early demand-generation efforts.
What you'll do
- Own and execute the full GTM motion, spanning both sales and marketing, to drive adoption among mid-sized and large financial services and consulting firms
- Execute B2B campaigns (email, content, webinars, events) and build sales collateral to drive lead generation and deal conversion
- Manage the full sales cycle—from market mapping and multi-stakeholder outreach to closing strategic, high-value deals
- Experiment with high-impact growth channels, including outbound campaigns, strategic events, partnerships, and ABM-style initiatives
- Represent RecruitU externally, establishing our presence at key industry events and building trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Build early-stage processes that set us up to scale - including CRM hygiene, outreach frameworks, and account-based selling processes
We're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, GTM, or strategy—ideally selling into complex, relationship-driven markets like finance, consulting, or enterprise SaaS
- A founder-like mindset—you thrive in ambiguity, move fast with ownership, and create scalable systems where none exist
- Experience building pipeline and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with senior buyers
- Ability to translate technical products into clear business value, tailoring narratives to different decision-maker personas
- Experience at a high-growth startup or top-tier consulting/finance firm is highly valued
