At LifeSource Water Systems, we’re on a mission to provide cleaner, healthier water to families across California. We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Director, Sales Operations to take extreme ownership of our sales funnel and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role perfect for a builder who thrives on process improvement, technology integration, and driving measurable revenue results. You will partner directly with our CRO, CEO, and VPs. What You’ll Do:
· Inbound Lead Funnel Optimization
o Own the full lifecycle of our inbound leads—monitor response time, follow-up cadences, and conversion rates. Eliminate bottlenecks and ensure no lead is left behind.
· Sales Systems & Technology
o Phone Systems (GoTo): Manage setup, onboarding, and best practices for call routing and recordings.
o CRM (Proprietary System): Become the internal CRM expert, document and enforce SOPs, and standardize usage across 50+ field reps.
o Software Strategy: Evaluate, select, and implement new tools to elevate performance and productivity.
· Team Leadership
o Lead and mentor a team of 5 (3 receptionists + 2 appointment setters), owning the strategy for inbound phone operations. Scale and grow the team as needed.
· AI & Emerging Tech
o Spearhead the integration of AI-powered solutions for after-hours phone support and automated follow-ups via text and call to boost engagement and efficiency.
· Strategic Impact
o Partner with senior leaders to analyze and optimize the full sales cycle—from lead to appointment to close. Drive strategies that result in measurable revenue impact.
· Lead Allocation
o Strategically distribute leads across a 50+ person sales team in 10 field offices, ensuring fairness, speed, and ROI.
What You Bring:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· 4+ years in sales operations or planning within fast-paced, high-growth companies
· Experience implementing sales software or CRMs (Salesforce or similar tools)
· Familiarity or strong interest in AI for sales enablement
· Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
· Proven project management skills with a sense of urgency and ownership
· Process-driven mindset with a constant eye toward improvement
· Self-starter attitude with a bias for action
