Sales Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our domestic and international business operations. This role is responsible for managing open orders, monitoring delivery timelines, and coordinating closely with sales and operations teams to help ensure successful order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage open order reporting for international business segments
- Monitor order timelines and proactively identify potential delays or fulfillment risks
- Coordinate daily with sales, operations, logistics, and customer service teams to support on-time delivery execution
- Support senior sales leadership and strategic account teams with order tracking and operational updates
- Prepare and maintain reporting related to order status, delivery performance, and operational metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, communication, and operational processes
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, customer operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience supporting business operations preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred
