Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist – Strategic Accounts owns the end-to-end workflows for key accounts—customer property lists, forecast cycles, rebate tracking, and Salesforce CRM administration, partnering with the Strategic Account Management team to ensure our data is accurate and actionable. In addition to dedicated Strategic Account support, this role provides reporting, dashboards, and CRM maintenance for all sales channels, proactively identifying gaps and streamlining processes to enable our teams to focus on growth and customer success.

- Strategic Account Support:
- Collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers to manage and maintain accurate customer property lists.
- Monitor and validate that all projects are properly tied to their Strategic Owner in Qwikkit's systems.
- Track sales forecasts to ensure timely updates and accuracy.
- Manage rebate tracking to ensure compliance with strategic account agreements.
- Manage internal projects relating to Strategic Account Management growth and compliance.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate monthly usage and performance reports for strategic partners in collaboration with the Sales Operations team.
- Create and maintain rebate tracking and reporting for regular review with the Finance team.
- Support the broader Sales Operations team by producing regular and ad-hoc reporting for various sales channels.
- Analyze reports to identify key insights and support strategic decisions across multiple sales channels.
- CRM Administration and Monitoring:
- Maintain Salesforce CRM records for Strategic Account Management (SAM) opportunities.
- Monitor progress and proactively escalate issues to Strategic Account Managers.
- Provide general Salesforce CRM maintenance and support for all sales channels, including Regional Sales, Distribution, Inside Sales, and Marketing.
- Build Salesforce dashboards and reports that tie compliance, both internally and externally, to generated revenue for regular review.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software.
- Demonstrable experience using Salesforce CRM for account management, data tracking, and reporting.
