We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Brand & Go-To-Market person to lead and scale our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can translate brand vision into impactful campaigns, manage end-to-end marketing operations, and drive growth across customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social and offline
Collaborate with agencies on creative development, media buying, and content deployment
Monitor campaign timelines and performance to ensure timely delivery and ROI target
Brand & Content Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
Assist in the development of marketing assets such as EDMs, social posts, and brochures
Coordinate marketing calendars, product launches, and brand engagement initiatives
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (CTR, CAC, conversion, engagement rates, etc.)
Recommend optimizations based on insights and market trends
Work with CRM teams to plan and execute lifecycle campaigns
Analyze competitors’ campaigns and promotions to identify gaps and opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts
Manage vendors, agency partners, and promotional partners to deliver high-quality outputs
Support budget tracking and procurement coordination for marketing spends
Qualifications
4–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C or customer-centric industries
Hands-on experience in executing digital and offline campaigns
Proficiency in tools are preferred like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/ Analytics and marketing campaign platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent project management and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and execution excellence
Preferred Qualifications
Background in telecommunications, fintech, or digital-first consumer brands
Experience with CRM/lifecycle communication (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze)
Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) and engagement with creative agencies
Strong commercial acumen and ability to work with lean budgets and agile timelines
