The CFO Is
- A seasoned CFO with experience working in PE-backed businesses with revenues of over $500m
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end M&A and successful post-merger integration
- A seasoned senior executive with deep experience in Medical Device
- Experience working with surgical products and/or CMO/CDMO/OEM models would be advantageous
- Proven track record of creating a high performing finance function
- Ability to assess, prioritize and interpret the numbers in a commercial manner and communicate analysis and recommendations to the Board and the business
- Culturally sensitive with a track record of managing teams across multiple geographies in businesses with a global customer base
- Demonstrable success in a PE-backed company, bringing an understanding of the PE deal cycle, pace and value creation agenda
- Fluent spoken and written English. Fluent French, whilst not essential, would be advantageous
Location: Based on the East Coast or open to Commuting
Compensation: $525-$575k
