CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Our client is a leading regional products company and is distributor/manufacturer/importer across the United States through its sales team as well as through ecommerce and retail channels. The company maintains a portfolio of numerous SKUs, including private-label products, and operates a distribution center as well.
The company operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and is committed to building the financial, operational, and people infrastructure required to support its long-term trajectory.
This will be a 5 day in the office role.
Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer is the senior executive responsible for Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Risk Management, and Human Resources. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and company ownership and serving as a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will design, operate, and continually improve the systems, controls, reporting, and talent infrastructure required of our business; build and lead high-performing teams.
This role is ideal for a candidate who thinks and acts like an owner, stays closely involved in operations, and is ready to build and lead the function end to end.

Qualifications
- A minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience in finance and accounting.
- A minimum of three (3) years as Chief Financial Officer, or as the senior-most finance leader, at a business of $50-100 million in annual revenue or greater.
- Direct experience in B2B distribution, healthcare, supply chain, or a comparable industry
- Demonstrated ERP leadership; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated capability to scale a finance organization through a significant period of revenue growth.
- Strong technical and analytical fluency, including familiarity with business intelligence platforms and modern automation tools.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred. MBA welcome but not required.
- Experience operating in a multi-warehouse, multi-entity environment., and move through the highs and lows together.
