Chief Financial Officer
Park Evaluations is a fast-growing legal technology and services company entering its next phase of scale. We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven CFO who wants more than a traditional finance role—someone who can help shape the business, lead M&A, and be a true partner in building a high-performing, scalable organization.
If you’re an ambitious finance and deal leader who ultimately wants to run a business, not just report on one, this is that opportunity.
The Role
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial CFO role. You’ll lead the finance function and be a central driver of strategy, value creation, and inorganic growth. We’re a deliberately lean, high-performing team—you will not inherit a large finance department. You’ll build smart systems, move quickly, and operate with real ownership.
We’re looking for someone who has executed deals in the $20M–$150M range, understands how to create value in private equity–backed or high-growth environments, and is energized by building rather than maintaining.
What You’ll Do
-Lead strategy with the CEO, Board, and PE partners.
- Help define financial strategy, influence company-wide decision-making, and shape the growth roadmap.
-Run end-to-end M&A.
- Source opportunities, lead diligence, structure and negotiate deals, and oversee integration with autonomy and speed.
-Leverage your network.
- Bring relationships that unlock acquisitions, partnerships, talent, and revenue opportunities.
-Own all finance operations.
- Accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, compliance, reporting. Build clean, scalable processes without excess bureaucracy.
-Partner with investors and the Board.
- Prepare materials, lead discussions, and drive the value creation plan.
-Drive operational improvements.
- Identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and help scale the organization intelligently.
What We’re Looking For
-Experience:
- 8–15+ years in finance, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or corporate development
- Real M&A execution experience (not just modeling or advising)
- Exposure to PE-backed or similarly fast-paced, high-urgency environments
-Mindset:
- Thinks like an operator, not just a finance person
- Comfortable in lean, entrepreneurial settings with limited layers
- Low-ego, hands-on, proactive; willing to take on what needs to get done
- Strong network and ability to create opportunities through relationships
- Sees the bigger strategic picture, not just the numbers
-Ideal backgrounds include:
- PE Principals or VPs ready to operate
- Strategy consultants with real deal or M&A experience (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or similar)
- VP/Director-level corporate development leaders stepping into broader finance leadership
- Investment bankers who have transitioned into operating roles
- CFOs or finance leads from smaller high-growth companies with real deal experience
This role is best suited for operators who excel in lean, fast-moving environments rather than highly layered corporate finance structures.
Compensation & Alignment
Compensation is structured for entrepreneurial operators: competitive cash compensation plus meaningful equity.
This role is not designed for large-corporate CFO compensation levels.
We want someone who wins with us and cares about upside, ownership, and long-term value creation—not just cash.
Why This Role Matters
This is not a steady-state CFO position. It’s a chance to be a builder, a dealmaker, and a true strategic operator in a company with significant runway. If your long-term ambition is to run a business, this role offers a clear path—high visibility, broad ownership, and genuine impact.
If you want to help build something meaningful—and grow with it—we’d like to talk.
