- Sales Management & Development
- Mentor and support General Managers and Sales Managers across multiple regions
- Implement standardized sales methodologies and operational best practices
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales leadership
- Drive adoption of performance tools and learning programs to optimize sales success
- Operational Excellence
- Monitor key performance data to inform decision-making and identify trends
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems and sales technologies
- Design and refine territory and account coverage models
- Foster collaboration across teams and departments to improve alignment and communication
- Lead accurate forecasting and pipeline management processes
- Performance & Accountability
- Conduct regular performance reviews with divisional leadership

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive sales management experience
- 5+ years of successful individual contributor experience in sales roles
- Experience leading large, distributed sales teams across regions
- Track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
- Experience managing both direct employees and independent sales partners is a plus
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong command of sales analytics and reporting tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related business tools
- Experienced in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and digital lead generation
- Experience in one of the following industries: Agricultural / Heavy Machinery, Finance, or Software
