Anna Parson at Robert Hal f is working with a well-established and rapidly growing real estate firm in the Hauppauge area seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their finance function. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a finance executive with deep experience in real estate, development, and property management.

As the CFO you will:
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Partner with executive leadership and ownership to drive strategic planning and capital structure decisions.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external auditors.
Lead financial due diligence and modeling for acquisitions and development projects.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or VP of Finance role.
Strong background in real estate, including development, construction, and property management.
CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams, implement systems, and drive financial strategy.
