Chief Financial Officer
Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial function of a growing, multi-entity industrial organization. This role operates as a key member of the executive leadership team and will play a critical role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with broader corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Performance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Drive performance analysis across P&L, cash flow, working capital, and capital investments
- Partner with executive leadership to support pricing, margin optimization, and growth initiatives
- Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Accounting, Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee all accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and audit requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
Cash Flow & Treasury
- Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation
- Optimize working capital across inventory, receivables, and payables
- Support financial risk management and funding strategies
Business Partnership & Operations
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to support decision-making
- Evaluate cost structures, capital investments, and operational initiatives
- Provide financial leadership across multiple business units or locations
Integration & Transformation
- Support post-acquisition integration efforts, including systems, reporting, and process alignment
- Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, and data visibility
- Establish scalable processes and KPIs to support growth
Leadership
- Lead, develop, and scale the finance team across accounting, FP&A, and operational finance
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred)
- 10–20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operating environments strongly preferred
- Background in both financial reporting and operational finance (FP&A, costing, etc.)
- Experience in a post-acquisition, private equity, or corporate reporting environment is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
