Reports To: VP of Revenue Growth
Kahua is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations. In this role you will lead, scale, and optimize a Revenue Operations team in driving strategy, planning, and operational support for the revenue organization.
Job Scope:
Develop and execute the company’s revenue strategy across all regions and territories. Prioritize strategic revenue goals and initiatives to keep the organization focused on long-term impact over short-term reactivity.

Lead, manage, and develop the Revenue Operations team to execute operational strategy while fostering growth and motivation. Own the business rhythms that drive the operating cadence, including team meetings, forecast calls, monthly reviews, and QBRs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and advise the leadership team with clear insights and data-driven guidance.
- Deliver analysis and recommendations on sales initiatives, strategic decisions, and operational challenges - such as modifying coverage models, launching an enterprise upsell motion, refining qualification criteria, or reallocating SDR capacity.
- Drive Salesforce hygiene to support execution, inspection, accountability, and forecast accuracy - ensuring data completeness, timely stage progression, accurate close dates, consistent activity logging, and proper opportunity attribution in close collaboration with the Revenue Ops team and sales leaders.
- Maintain visibility into pipeline health, key opportunities, strategic accounts, and associated risks and strengths - through weekly deal reviews, pipeline inspection dashboards, territory-level reports, and direct engagement with frontline sellers and managers.
- Serve as an escalation point for issues related to operations, compensation, quota, personnel, and KPI risk.
- Lead annual planning in partnership with central planning, including org design, GTM resourcing, and cross-functional alignment across all regions.
- Stay informed on cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Services to ensure organizational alignment.
- Identify and manage organizational risk by bridging cross-functional gaps, surfacing misalignments, and delivering constructive feedback on behaviors that hinder long-term success - via QBRs, executive syncs, cross-functional war rooms, and real-time insight-sharing with senior leadership.
Experience and Education Required:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics); MBA is preferred.
