About Leap Health
Leap Health partners with self-funded employers to support their most complex and costly patients.
Our mission is to deliver better, more affordable, and more convenient healthcare for working families facing serious illness—starting with infusion therapy. Our innovative value-based model delivers significant savings for employers and health plans in one of the fastest-rising areas of healthcare costs. We elevate the patient experience through white-glove advocacy, 24/7 support, and care options that include treatment at home. In just two years, we’ve scaled to serve more than 2M covered lives.
Role overview
We’re building the revenue “operating system” that powers this growth. As our first RevOps leader, you’ll design the blueprint for predictable pipeline and clean, trustworthy data—so our sales and care teams can scale efficiently across employers, brokers, and TPAs. This is a high-ownership role with outsized impact on company trajectory reporting to the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Own our revenue engine end-to-end: process, data, and tools centered on Salesforce.
- Define stages, routing, and data standards that create forecast predictability and speed-to-meeting.
- Stand up and streamline the core stack (meetings, engagement, CI/telephony) and keep rep workflows simple.
- Build actionable dashboards for leadership, managers, and reps that clarify where to focus.
- Partner with sales, marketing, clinical operations, and leadership to test, learn, and scale what works—fast.
What we're looking for
- B2B RevOps/Sales Ops experience (minimum 3 years in leadership role) building for multi-stakeholder, enterprise-style deals.
- Hands-on Salesforce admin/architecture chops (objects, automation, validation, permissions).
- Comfortable implementing and governing modern GTM tools—familiarity with a few of these is ideal: Clay.ai, Apollo, Gong, Chili Piper, LeanData, Clari, and IronClad
- Data-minded (SQL/dbt or comparable) with a bias to automate and document.
- Builder’s mindset: you streamline complexity, drive adoption, and love measurable outcomes.
