Role Summary:
The Business Operations Analyst supports the execution of company strategies and goals by assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. The role involves facilitating communication across teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration. By reviewing ongoing processes, the analyst identifies areas for improvement and supports the implementation of more efficient workflows. Additionally, the analyst contributes to the onboarding process and provides general support to new team members, promoting a seamless transition into the organization. Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements is another key responsibility. By proactively identifying and addressing operational challenges, the analyst plays a vital role in maintaining consistent and efficient business operations
Role Responsibilities:
Operational Support and project management (50%)
Assist in coordinating corrective and preventive actions across the teams
Track and document key project milestones, business performance metrics, and quality KPIs
Support meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up on action items
Maintain reports, dashboards, and internal trackers using business tools (e.g., Excel, JIRA)
Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics for employees (equipment, system access, documentation) and provide general operational HR support
PMT and quality steering (30%)
Ensure adherence to standardized processes, methods, and tools across local teams
Prepare materials for quality reviews, and support audit or steering meetings
Develop educational materials to train team on QMS and audit topics
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with global standards
Support compliance efforts and contribute to risk identification and mitigation
Office Administration Coordination (20%)
Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring operational efficiency
Proactively monitor and follow up on critical tasks, deadlines, and outstanding issues
Act as point of contact for internal coordination and support resource planning where needed
Provide comprehensive assistance to ensure smooth office operations, including visitor management, facility maintenance, and office asset management
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by organizing team-building activities and promoting effective communication

In the Silicon Valley, the salary range for this role will be $101,400 - $131,600, depending on education and years of relevant experience.
Salary is determined by geographical location and adjusted accordingly. Other benefits for this position include:
