Position Summary
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions at healthPrecision. You’ll be responsible for refining and executing a comprehensive growth strategy spanning sales, partnerships, and go-to-market operations. Working closely with the President of the company and the leadership team, you will sharpen our commercial vision, accelerate execution, and lift revenue performance to new heights.
The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on execution - someone with a strong record of driving revenue growth, navigating complex markets, and creating innovative approaches to accelerate adoption of our flagship platform, The Medical Brain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Leadership – Define, own, and deliver on ambitious growth and revenue goals.
- Sales Strategy & Execution – Strengthen sales processes and drive results through disciplined execution.
- Partnership Development – Forge strategic relationships with health systems, payers, and enterprise clients to drive adoption and expansion.
- Go-to-Market Innovation – Identify new market opportunities, pricing models, and distribution channels; translate creative ideas into measurable impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, marketing, and medical teams to ensure seamless alignment of commercial and product strategies.
- Metrics & Accountability – Establish KPIs, reporting, and processes to ensure disciplined growth while maintaining agility.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience in revenue, sales, or business development roles
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and market penetration
- Strong understanding of healthcare markets, decision-making processes, and enterprise sales cycles
- Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven products, digital health solutions, or clinical decision support platforms
- Established relationships with executives in health systems, payers, or provider networks
- Background in building scalable GTM strategies including channel partnerships and strategic alliances
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred; flexible for the right candidate
Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
