Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Analyst to join our
Strategic Planning & Business Operations (SP&BO) team at Action Behavior Centers. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights that will help inform and drive strategic decision-making in advancing the overall growth and success of the company. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across various departments and the ability to influence decision-making and drive changes that will impact the company.
Job Title: Strategic Planning & Business Operations Analyst
Department: Strategic Planning & Business Operations
Reports to: Manager & Director, Strategic Planning & Business Operations
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain forecast models/analyses to identify key business trends and insights including center performance review, staffing needs, labor productivity, and patient ramp/attrition.
- Support and collaborate with the Vice President of SP&BO and senior leaders across all functional groups to monitor critical KPIs and drive strategic initiatives.
- Own and master capturing all data necessary to conduct analyses and track KPIs.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support different departments pertaining to ABC growth initiatives.
- Analyze monthly results and assist senior leadership with preparing management presentations and summary reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, finance, data analytics, economics, etc.).
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, management consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced with Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint); fluency with G Suite is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule:
- $70,000-80,000 + Annual Bonus
- Hybrid role - MUST BE ABLE TO report to our HQ (6300 Bee Caves Rd BLDG 2 - 100, Austin, TX 78746) - 3 days a week.
