Key Responsibilities -
· Clinic Launch & Setup: Coordinate interior works, vendor onboarding, licensing, staffing, and branding for the first wellness clinic.
· SOP & System Design: Create standard operating procedures for daily operations, hygiene, customer experience, service delivery, etc.
· Team Hiring & Management: Recruit and manage staff (front desk, therapists, support staff), ensure training and performance, resource allocation.
· Vendor & Tech Management: Oversee procurement, negotiate with vendors, implement software for CRM, billing, appointment, etc.
· P&L Awareness: Monitor costs, revenue, margins; implement controls to ensure profitability from early stage
· Branch Expansion Readiness: Build documentation and processes that allow easy replication in future branches
· Customer Experience: Ensure high customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and refine service offerings
- Oversee project execution, timelines, and deliverables,
- Ensure SOPs and documentation are followed,
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and propose improvements,
- Support leadership in reporting, planning, and decision-making,
Required Skills -
· Strong project management background
· Fluent in communication (English and Hindi)
· Tech-savvy; can manage reporting and digital tools
Preferred Background -
· 5–12 years’ experience in business operations, preferably in infra or hospitality,
· Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, project management software etc.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills,
· Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end ownership,
Ideal Candidate Profile -
· 5–12 years’ experience in operations or general management. MBA Degree / Business Studies.
· Has built or scaled a business (startup, wellness brand, clinic chain, hospitality setup, etc.)
· Strong leadership, multitasking, and execution skills,
· Experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, spas, or hospitality preferred,
· Hands-on with budgeting, procurement, team building, customer service,
· Comfortable working closely with founder and owning outcomes
· Solid understanding of commercial real estate : leasing, licensing, utilities, compliance
· Excellent at vendor management, budgeting, staff hiring, and process implementation,
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, problem-solving, -focused
