We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.
Our ideal Sales Operations Manager has a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals, strong communication skills, organizational skills, follow through, and initiative. They will be relied upon to build and grow productive relationships internally, externally, and cross functionally to achieve goals in the most efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Senior Account Executive Leader to drive total business for each program, maintaining sales & margin targets to ensuring design & development of product lines through on-time delivery.
- Day to day ownership of and managing support for retailer accounts.
- Working with retail partners to receive order commits on time
- Build strong relationships, rapport, and credibility with counterparts.
- Prepare (sales uploads, analyses, reporting and other support tools as needed) for Sr. Acct Executive.
- Work cross functionally with in house teams to ensure assortments align with sales history, market trends, and margin goals. Pre-emptively identify potential production issues or delivery delays, troubleshoot, and communicate with cross functional partners as necessary.
- Develop market analysis to understand competition and identify potential areas of opportunity and/or new business.
- Partner with Import Logistics team to cross reference total buys and units by program for specific accounts – ensuring ETD to ETA. Mass Retail Experience preferred (Costco/Walmart)

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of related experience required (account management, sales, merchandising, buying experience in wholesale manufacturing a plus)
- Candidate MUST be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Blue Cherry Infinity experience is a plus!
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Candidate must work well under pressure and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.
- Ability to set goals and develop realistic work plans and schedules to achieve.
- Need to be a self-starter; proactive and able to work well independently.
- Ability to work productively in a team environment.
