Our client, a rapidly growing financial technology company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support their expanding sales and business initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Sales Support: Prepare weekly reports on sales activity, schedule and organize meetings, and maintain sales presentations and materials.
CRM Management: Ensure accuracy of CRM data, including contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, and follow-ups; generate reports to track sales progress.
Industry Research: Monitor industry news, analyze market trends, and maintain competitive analysis to inform sales strategy and business development.
Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with internal teams to develop newsletters, draft professional social media posts, support lead-generation campaigns, and assist with client event logistics.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in revenue analytics and data visualization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proven track record of successfully managing projects and deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed.
