Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Sales Operations & Key Accounts Manager, this position provides administrative/logistic support to our sales force as well as various departments within the organization, such as Product and Marketing departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Act as main support for the Sales Operations & Key Accounts Manager.
· Completing reports assigned by Sales Operations & Key Accounts Manager.
· Maintaining a close relationship with our Regional Managers and New York team on specific projects assigned by Sales Operations & Key Accounts Manager.
· Collaborate with EyeRep Admins and users to deal with any issues or updates.
· Assist Sales Operations & Key Accounts Manager with training new Sales Operations Assistants.
· Communicate via email and phone with our sales force and all internal.
· Process requests from sales representatives.
· Works closely with Sales Force Coordinator on various sales rep issues.
· Coordinate and Communicate with Select Customers regarding frame availability, assortment changes, and any other needs that may arise.
· Process Select Customers’ Daily/Weekly Orders as well as Exchanges.
· Maintain files for Sales Promotions/Programs.
· Maintain files for Customers that hold Consignment product.
· Routinely audit and verify information on Tura’s various Sales Platforms.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize administrative workload and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and related office equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, specifically Excel.
- Proficiency in the use of an iPad.
- Ability to handle a variety of clerical/administrative functions and multitask.
- Must be able to meet the requirements of the Tura, Inc., attendance policy.
- Successful candidates may have gained skills and abilities from work in customer
service/sales in an office or call center environment.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent.
· Experience in a Supervisory role preferred.
Physical Requirements: The work is generally sedentary but infrequently requires lifting and carrying approximately 20 pounds. Duties involve some walking, standing, reaching, bending and stooping.
Hours of Work: The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required.
