Base Salary: $450,000–$700,000 USD

The Role

The COO will serve as the architect of SV20’s global operational engine, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and efficiency across all portfolio brands and verticals. Partnering with the CEO and Founder/Chairman, the COO will translate strategic vision into operational excellence, driving synergy between luxury/retail and hospitality/events divisions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement shared operational infrastructure (supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, IT) across all acquired brands, ensuring cost efficiency and scalability.

Oversee global supply chain optimization, from sourcing to distribution, ensuring agility and resilience across regions.

Drive cross-vertical synergy between luxury/retail and events/hospitality, creating integrated consumer experiences and revenue streams.

Manage operational P&L for all subsidiaries, implementing rigorous performance metrics and efficiency targets.

Lead post-M&A integration for operational functions, preserving brand autonomy while centralizing back-end operations.

Build and mentor a high-performance global operations team, fostering a culture of executional excellence.

Compensation

Base Salary: $450,000–$700,000 USD

Performance Bonus: $750K–$2M tied to operational efficiency, EBITDA targets, and integration milestones.

Equity Package: 1.5%–2.5% fully diluted (performance-vesting).

Other: Housing, relocation, first-class global travel, premium healthcare.

Ideal Candidate

15+ years in operational leadership within global luxury, retail, or hospitality sectors, with P&L oversight at $300M+ scale.

Proven track record of integrating multiple acquisitions into a centralized operational framework.

Expertise in global supply chain management, logistics, and manufacturing, with deep ties in APAC and EMEA regions.

Experience scaling operations across 10+ countries, with fluency in cross-cultural management.

Demonstrated ability to drive operational synergy across diverse business verticals.

Lean Six Sigma or similar operational excellence certification preferred.

Pay: $415,522.65 - $739,124.05 per year
