Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join our firm in a full-time, in-house capacity. This role will oversee fund finance, accounting, middle office operations, investor operational due diligence, and act as a key partner to compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating across both strategic and day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Prior experience as a Fund CFO, Controller, or senior finance professional at an investment manager, hedge fund, or fund administrator
- Strong understanding of fund accounting, operations, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work closely with portfolio management, operations, compliance, administrators, auditors, and investors
Responsibilities
Fund CFO & Accounting Services
- Daily profit and loss reporting and reconciliation
- Monthly review and reconciliation of fund administrator reporting
- Reconciliation of investor allocations
- Fund expense management, including allocation of corporate expenses to fund vehicles
- Oversight of subscription and redemption processing
- FATCA and CRS reporting support
- Coordination of audit and tax processes with external advisors
Middle Office Operations
- Daily cash break management and resolution
- Daily trade break management and resolution
- Corporate action reconciliation
- Wire processing and cash management, as required
Investor Operational Due Diligence
- Advise on best practices and enhance internal controls as needed
- Prepare and maintain investor operational due diligence materials
- Review and update DDQs
- Participate in investor ODD meetings
Compliance & Governance
- Serve as the primary liaison between the firm and external compliance advisors
- Prepare and provide financial data required for compliance reporting
- Organize and participate in best execution and other governance committee meetings, as necessary

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
