We are currently looking for a motivated, organized, and personable part-time Business Team Support/ Director of Business Operations to join our amazing team! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the way a dental office operates.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team and business team.
- Assist leadership team in carrying out various business initiatives.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members using Google Suite for effective communication and project management.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Organize office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency within the workplace.
- Employee scheduling
- Tallying payroll hours for bookkeeper
- Accounts payable.
- Accounts receivable
- Organize building maintenance as necessary.
- Manage financial reporting tasks.
- Organizing CE events for our team.
- Facilitating building maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dental administrator is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading tasks.
- Demonstrates customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
