Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant – Founder’s Office & Business Operations, based in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative assistance and executive support to the Founder’s Office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and handling executive communications. The position will also involve assisting in administrative tasks related to business operations, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective office management.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in preparing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office /calendar Management/ Calling
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, emails, and follow-ups personal and official
- Collect daily/weekly updates from teams and present structured reports to the Founder.
- Source supplier quotes, track orders, and ensure timely material delivery.
- Make Calls and getting relevant information.
- Monitor task closures, deadlines, and escalate delays when needed.
- Manage petty cash, invoices, vendor bills, and office administration.
