Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager of Business Operations based in Mumbai. The Senior Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations with a focus on improving efficiency, managing workflows, and ensuring organizational goals are met inhouse and overseas team.
Responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, managing programs and projects, implementing process improvements, and overseeing financial processes to align operations with strategic objectives. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive overall success and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Operations and Operations Management to drive efficiency and effectiveness in organizational processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in Program Management to oversee and manage projects and resources effectively
- Proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset
- Experience in the healthcare or billing industry minimum of 12 years, especially in Prospective MRA coding and billing.
- Should have certification CPC, CRC and or CDEO.
