CRO | ROLE OVERVIEW
As eHub’s CRO, you will be an instrumental leader for the future of our business, driving visibility, efficiency, performance, and scale across all of eHub’s revenue and go-to-market (GTM) functions. Your role is to align and lead sales, partnerships, marketing, customer success and revenue operation departments to deliver unprecedented revenue growth. You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize sales efficacy, improve customer acquisition, enhance customer retention and value realization, demonstrate industry leadership and build world-class partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of both the logistics industry and the technology that supports it, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
CRO | GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies (both short and long-term) that integrate the value of all go-to-market (GTM) functions and opportunities.
Revenue Process OptimizationContinuously analyze and improve the current sales cycle (and focus areas) to streamline processes, improve efficiency, increase accountability, and enhance the customer journey experience.
Customer Acquisition and RetentionDevelop and execute strategies to acquire qualified customers, retain existing customers, and maximize lifetime value through personalized experiences, targeted marketing, value realization, and expansion programs.
Revenue Team LeadershipProviding leadership and guidance to all revenue and GTM teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and products to effectively achieve revenue-related targets.
Performance Measurement and ReportingTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, customer acquisition, customer retention, lifetime value, etc. to identify areas for improvement and to make data-driven decisions.

Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate effectively with other departments, such as Product and Operations, to ensure alignment and synergy in revenue generation efforts. Demonstrate inclusiveness in strategy development.
Industry KnowledgeStay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the commerce industry, including competitive advancements, and proactively represent their potential impact on revenue growth.

Strong Leadership and Communication SkillsProven ability to effectively lead and motivate revenue teams, communicate strategic vision, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Financial AcumenA keen understanding of financial principles and the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecast revenue, track key performance indicators, and partner closely with Finance & Operations teams for optimal financial outcomes.
Deep Understanding of Sales and Marketing Best PracticesExpertise in a variety of industry-leading sales methodologies, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management principles.
Proficiency in SaaS TechnologyThorough understanding of SaaS technology markets, including the fulfillment/logistics sector, with expectation to drive core elements of the eHub product roadmap, revenue process and customer journey.
Data Analysis & ActionDemonstrated ability to analyze data from a variety of meaningful sources to identify trends, assess performance, make informed decisions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Strategic ThinkingExcellent ability to develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies that align with and support eHub’s overall business objectives.
Complexity Management
Understand and competently orchestrate the challenging complexities related to the people, process and technology within the fulfillment / logistics industry.
Problem-Solving and Decision-MakingThe ability to identify and dynamically resolve issues related to sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success, leveraging experience and existing personnel to find and implement effective solutions.
CRO | ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
Leadership and Communication SkillsProven ability to effectively lead and motivate revenue teams, communicate strategic vision, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Track Record of Success
Demonstrable leadership success of repeatedly implementing and driving revenue growth through a variety of channels, including marketing, product, partnerships, lead management, customer success, direct sales, etc.
Educational Background
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is considered a minimum, with an advanced education (i.e., MBA) strongly preferred.
Revenue Platform Experience and Leverage
Deep expertise with revenue / business productivity tools and proven adoption of application implementation and usage by teams for enhanced reporting, accountability, and decision - making.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
