Job Title: Fractional CFO
We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support our client with financial leadership on a part-time/contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial strategy, reporting, and business planning, with a proven ability to guide organizations through growth and change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to senior management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Support fundraising, investor relations, and cash flow management
- Advise on business growth, M&A, and risk management strategies
- Implement financial controls and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Prior CFO or senior finance executive experience (fractional/consulting experience an asset)
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, reporting, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
