- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance).
- Coordinate and support onboarding and training for new sales team members.
- Assist in territory planning, account assignments, and quota setting.
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for sales operations activities.
- Support implementation of new tools and systems to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support sales events or meetings.
- Handle purchase orders, invoicing support, and contract coordination.
Monitor sales budgets and expenses as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
