Job Details
- Support daily sales operations including data entry, tracking leads and preparing simple reports
- Coordinate with internal teams on client follow-ups and meeting arrangements
- Maintain sales materials, documents and CRM updates
- Assist with operational tasks to improve workflow efficiency
- Help troubleshoot process gaps and propose improvements
Requirements
- Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
- Detail-oriented, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in sales coordination or admin support is an advantage
