Act as the first touchpoint for prospective parents and students, providing information and support.
Drive enrolment processes by managing enquiries, consultations, registrations, and follow-ups to maximise conversion and retention
Deliver a smooth post-enrolment experience, including orientation and onboarding for parents and students.
Manage the day-to-day centre operations, ensuring classes and activities run seamlessly.
Manage the scheduling of classes, activities, and appointments to optimise resources and minimise conflicts.
Track and report on enrolments, customer feedback, and centre operations KPIs.
Support the Senior Business Operations Manager in leading the set-up of new centres, ensuring smooth execution of facilities preparation, systems implementation, staffing arrangements, and operational processes.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of customer service and sales staff, contributing to the building of a motivated, high-performing team that drives enrolment and service excellence.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Education, or related field.
4–7 years of experience in operations, customer service, or education sector preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused with a service excellence mindset.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and reporting dashboards.
