Sales Operations Analyst
Role Description:
We’re seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to help drive efficiency, productivity, and process excellence across our growing sales organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales & Marketing leadership, Regional Growth Specialists (RGS), and Regional Practice Leaders (RPLs) to ensure the team has the tools, processes, and insights needed to succeed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Tools & Systems
- Serve as the primary Salesforce and ZoomInfo contact for the sales team, ensuring compliance, data integrity, process mapping, and system health in collaboration with technology and marketing teams.
- Support sales team adoption of tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Cedar Gate Analytics), managing onboarding, access, data feeds, and training.
- Training, Development & Enablement
- Assist HR in developing and training RGS and RPL teams, leveraging broad knowledge of industry, company, and product trends.
- Own and maintain the Sales Playbook; document and update sales processes, best practices, conduct assessments/surveys, and identify training or knowledge gaps.
- Track Sandler training activities, support compliance, and manage onboarding for new RPL and RGS hires.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Organize and manage reporting for KPIs, forecasting, initiatives, large block summaries, National Practice Leaders, and layered reporting.
- Maintain competitor database and comparison matrices to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Marketing to align activities with sales goals, ensure updated collateral in SharePoint, and integrate campaign efforts.
- Coordinate and manage broker RFIs, facilitate department meetings, compiling data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly scorecards, and assist with annual sales meeting planning.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2–5 years in sales operations, sales enablement or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Background in health insurance a plus
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Self-motivated & highly responsible
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
