The GTM Strategy & Programs team transforms bold strategic ideas into scalable go-to-market initiatives. Sitting at the heart of Miro's commercial operating model, we partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX to define strategy, align stakeholders, and orchestrate high-impact programs that shape how Miro brings (new) products and solutions to market at best.
As Director of GTM Strategy & Programs, you will drive the vision, design, and execution of Miro's go-to-market strategy for new products and solutions. You'll lead cross-functional change to ensure the field is equipped to adopt new motions and deliver impact at scale. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, strong program leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Miro. You will act as both a thought partner as well as driving execution. Bringing clarity, focus, and rigor to fast-moving teams while upleveling colleagues without having direct reporting lines.
