Responsibilities
- Lead the finance department, providing senior leadership and direction to the accounting team.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with senior management on mergers and acquisitions to assess financial viability and risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Negotiate terms with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders as necessary.
- Ensure timely tax accounting and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Provide insights on business development opportunities through comprehensive financial analysis.
Skills
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within finance or accounting.
