What We’re Looking For:

Proven Expertise: At least 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred).

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of property management and hospitality accounting.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Yardi and QuickBooks, familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds, and advanced Excel skills for modeling and analysis.

Leadership & Communication: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to guide teams and influence decision-making.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple divisions.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

Prepare consolidated financial statements and budgets.

Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Compensation: $120K–$140K annually, plus the satisfaction of knowing you’re making a real impact.
Location: Selma, just north of downtown.
