About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a commercially minded problem solver to establish the RevOps function at NoBlue2. This position plays a fundamental role in connecting and bridging the gap between Operational, Commercial and Finance teams to drive end-to-end revenue performance.
In this role you’ll assist leadership to make well informed, commercial, decisions whilst driving improvements across the business to maximise revenue. You’ll ensure cohesion and collaboration via clear and accurate data analysis and reporting.
You’ll challenge the business to bring clarity to complexity, ensuring commercial decisions are backed by insight, processes are scalable, and that revenue opportunity is maximised.

- Commercial and strategic decisions are backed by accurate actionable insights leading to measurable revenue improvements.
- Inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the revenue funnel are identified and resolved, with scalable, automated processes in place.
- Cross-functional alignment is clear; leaders understand their revenue goals and have access to leading indicators, so they are empowered to make data driven decisions.
- Pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and retention strategies are optimised with measurable impact on growth, margin, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Commercial Strategy & Performance
- Partner with Commercial, Delivery, and Finance to shape our commercial strategy using data-driven insight.
- Proactively review commercial modelling (e.g. margin, rate cards, blended rates) recommending action to maximise revenue generation.
- Support the annual planning process with capacity and velocity models to help inform the budgets and business KPIs. Work with the CRO to propose commission plan designs.
- Drive improvements in conversion, margin, and retention through insight and optimisation with the goal of improving customer retention and maximising revenue through upsell and cross sell insights.
Support the analysis for board reporting and proactive management of business KPIs.
Revenue Process & Systems
- Assist with, report on, and improve the quote-to-cash, renewals, and invoicing processes. Work with the revenue system owners to drive automation, accuracy, and scalability.
- Analysis of sales and pipeline data to uncover trends & implement improvements to maximise revenue.
- Ensure all revenue data is clean, consistent, and centralised. Champion single source of truth across systems to enhance the speed of reporting.
- Partner with the teams (including NetSuite) on the bid/tender process, ensuring profitable, scalable agreements and achievable operational targets.
Cross-functional Alignment
- Align Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance around shared metrics, targets, and definitions.
- Partner with teams to help create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and self-serve reporting tools.
- Deliver insights through 1:1s, lunch-and-learns, and strategic business partnering across functions.
- Build strong feedback loops between operations and go-to-market (GTM) teams to continuously optimise GTM execution.
About You
- You’re a strong communicator, comfortable influencing C-level stakeholders and translating between commercial, technical, and financial language to engage the relevant stakeholders.
- You have a passion for making sense of complexity and empowering others with clear insight.
- Track record of designing and implementing scalable, automated processes across marketing, sales and delivery.
- Deep understanding of system continuous improvement, revenue analytics, and forecasting.
