An opportunity to join a leading global sports and entertainment organisation at a pivotal moment of growth.
Following significant transformation and expansion in commercial revenues over recent years, this organisation is now looking to appoint a Director of Revenue Operations to help drive the next phase of strategic, sustainable growth across a complex, multi-channel commercial ecosystem.
The role
This is a senior, high-impact position with responsibility for taking a holistic view of revenue performance and profitability, working across partnerships, events, consumer, digital and technology teams to optimise strategy, assets, pricing and processes.
You’ll be instrumental in building and leading a best-in-class Revenue Operations function, ensuring commercial teams are supported by robust systems, clear insights and scalable ways of working.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the Revenue Operations function across the organisation
- Own and evolve the revenue strategy, including asset creation, inventory utilisation, pricing and prioritisation
- Lead inventory management and CRM capability (including system roadmap, integration and adoption)
- Partner closely with commercial and product teams on product development and deal structuring
- Assess deal and product margins, defining pricing models and commercial frameworks
- Continuously review pricing, prioritisation and cross-selling opportunities across events and platforms
- Implement enhanced reporting, forecasting and post-delivery margin review processes
- Act as a key connector between commercial strategy, sales, delivery and technology teams
What we’re looking for
- Proven senior leadership experience in revenue operations, commercial operations or revenue strategy
- Background in sport, media, entertainment or similarly complex commercial environments
- Strong track record of translating data and insight into action across multiple functions
- Experience leading process optimisation and working closely with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple priorities
This is a rare chance to shape how revenue is structured, managed and scaled within a globally recognised sports organisation, with real influence at executive level.
