We’re excited to be partnering with a VC backed hospitality scale up that has recently raised funding and is now expanding its Sales function. As part of this growth, they’re looking to hire their first ever Revenue Operations Manager to help fuel their continued expansion across the UK and Europe.
Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and scaling the company’s Revenue Operations function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to define processes, implement tools, and optimise the revenue cycle across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll be highly autonomous, data-driven, and hands-on, ensuring the team can operate efficiently, make smarter decisions, and hit ambitious growth targets.
You’ll be joining a small but mighty team of 30 people, based in London, working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. The environment is fast paced, collaborative and full of opportunity to make a real impact.
As Revenue Operations Manager you will:
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, establishing yourself as the Revenue Operations expert.
- Be responsible for increasing the company's yearly revenue. Work closely with the leadership team to set and reach ambitious financial goals.
- Manage and improve the use of tools like CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms. Make sure these technologies are used effectively to increase return on investment and streamline operations.
- Create, document, and enforce all revenue-related processes to ensure consistency across teams. Regularly review and improve these processes to enhance efficiency.
We want to hear from you if:
- You’ve been in a Revenue Operations role for 4+ years and love the sound of starting RevOps function from scratch in a growing scale-up.
- You know Hubspot intimately and have solid experience across a variety of other sales and marketing tools.
- You are hyper-ambitious and love to move fast and create outsized impact
- You have and have a deep understanding of the whole revenue cycle and have a data-driven approach to decision-making.
What do they offer?
- Salary of £60,000 - £80,000
